Before I Go already lets people save and update their funeral wishes, nominate a funeral director, prepare eulogy information and record a message in their own voice. We are developing the next steps with families and professionals.

  • Guided planning: explore optional AI prompts to help people consider their choices and express their wishes clearly.
  • Sharing by choice: develop secure ways for people to share wishes with their chosen funeral director when they decide to, including directors outside our network. A nomination alone does not share their information.
  • Practical tools for professionals: work with funeral directors, celebrants and other advisers to make the information families choose to share useful in practice.
  • Tribute videos: continue developing the photo editor and preview into a finished video service.

These are plans for development. People remain in control of their wishes and who receives them.
